This small discreet bit of kit has apertures at each end and normally comes in 2 parts that can be screwed together. The main pull cord which is thicker than the other cords is inserted into the hole and knotted to prevent it from pulling through the hole. The multitude of cords are inserted into the other hole and are also knotted, the two halves are then joined together to make a single unit.
